What is Helpdesk Support?
Orana Internet Service Providers defines "customer service" or "support" as providing you, the customer, with the tools and information to help yourself.

For this reason Orana Internet Service Providers now offers one of Australia's largest online support services. The support section includes a full range of troubleshooting information, configuration information and a large range of 'how-to' documents.

To access information on a particular support topic, go to the members area and login to your account.

From our members area, you have access to a variety of functions; from checking your usage to printing off your Tax Invoice.

If you require to contact us for any reason our preferred method would be by Email either from the members area or your Email program.

In the members area, there is an option to log a support request with our helpdesk. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of your request being logged and a reply as soon as a solution can be sent to you.

If you are having troubles and need to ring our Phone number is 02 6845 4033, our hours of business are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, outside of these hours we have an answering machine, which is monitored during off peak times. Please leave a message and one of our friendly staff will get back to you ASAP.
